Futran Solutions Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and results-driven Engineering Recruiters to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining strong candidate engagement while meeting internal hiring goals.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end candidate communication.
• Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve hiring objectives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and status updates.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as an Engineering or Non-IT Recruiter.
• Willingness to work in a night shift environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with ATS and job boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
