• Delivering pixel-perfect UI designs while ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.

• Participating in design reviews, usability testing, and feedback loops.

• Contributing to and maintaining design systems for consistency.

• Documenting design decisions and supporting implementation with developers.

• Staying curious by keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and AI applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, design craft, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Suite, InVision, Principle, or similar is a plus).

• Basic understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive layouts.

• Ability to work in agile, iterative environments.

• Good communication skills to explain design decisions simply.

• Eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship.
