Frontend And Ui/ux Designer (Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Conduct user research, wireframing and prototyping to define intuitive user experiences
• Create modern, responsive and pixel‑perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into user‑centric designs
• Use Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools to create interactive mockups and high‑fidelity visuals

Frontend Development

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive and efficient frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like React, Vue or Angular
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility and performance optimization
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences
• Continuously enhance website speed, usability and visual quality

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align design and technical goals
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, frontend technologies and best practices
• Bring creative ideas to improve overall user engagement and design innovation

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer; agency or product background preferred
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6) and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular or Vue)
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, user‑centered design principles and accessibility standards
• Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout and detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design/animations (Lottie, Framer Motion, GSAP or micro‑interactions)
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow or other CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of backend integration (REST APIs, JSON)
• Understanding of SEO‑friendly frontend practices
