The Role
We Are Looking For a Growth Data Scientist To Turn Our Unique Consumer And Device Data Into Actionable Insights, Experiments, And Product Improvements That Drive
- User engagement and retention
- In‑app behavior and feature adoption
- Conversion from interest to purchase

This is not a reporting or dashboarding role.
You will work at the intersection of data science, product, and marketing, owning the full loop: Data → Insight → Experiment → Action → Measurable Impact
What You’ll Do
Turn Data into Growth Insights
- Analyze user behavior across app, device, and lifecycle stages
- Identify drop‑offs, power‑user behaviors, and engagement patterns
- Build a deep understanding of how users interact with Quin products
Own Experimentation
- Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks
- Partner with product and marketing to implement and measure experiments
Drive Product Decisions
- Translate data insights into product improvements and features
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives
- Influence onboarding, engagement flows, and feature adoption
Build Predictive Models
- Develop models for:
- Churn prediction
- User segmentation
- Conversion likelihood
- Engagement scoring
- Enable personalized user experiences and targeted touch points and interventions
- Develop models for:
Enable Lifecycle & Performance Marketing
- Partner with marketing to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
- Create basis for then Improve CAC:LTV through data‑driven targeting and segmentation
- Inform campaign strategy and audience selection
Close the Loop
- Ensure insights lead to shipped features, campaigns, and measurable outcomes
- Track and communicate business impact of data‑driven decisions
Experience
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8+ years in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics
- Experience working closely with product and/or marketing teams
Technical Skills
- Strong in Python and SQL
- Experience with:
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Funnel and cohort analysis
- Statistical modeling
Mindset

- You are comfortable influencing product and marketing decisions
Nice to Have
