About the role

As a Head of Marketing/Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the Education/E-Learning/Ed-Tech industry, your role will be crucial in driving brand visibility, digital performance, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels. You are expected to have a strong background working in leading EdTech companies such as BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, Vedantu, Great Learning, etc.

Desired Profile: - Proven experience as Head of Marketing/Senior Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies. - Hands-on experience in running successful digital campaigns and performance marketing strategies. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, social platforms, SEO tools, CRM, and automation platforms. - Strong experience in webinar marketing, affiliate marketing, and BTL activations. - Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams. - Collaboration experience with creative, content, product, and sales teams. - Analytical mindset with robust reporting and optimization skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - B.Tech/MBA preferred with Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.). - Experience in the global training or online learning business will be a strong advantage.
