Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing healthcare staffing division. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience recruiting for US healthcare roles including travel nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical staff.
This role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes, credentialing basics, tax terms (W2/1099), and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven US staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for US healthcare roles
- Recruit for positions such as:
- Registered Nurses (RN – ICU, ER, Med‑Surg, L&D, OR)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Allied Health (Respiratory Therapist, Rad Tech, Surg Tech, PT, OT, etc.)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Vivian, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal ATS, and referrals
- Negotiate pay packages (hourly, weekly gross, stipends if travel)
- Ensure documentation compliance and coordinate with credentialing teams
- Maintain pipeline and achieve weekly submission/interview targets
- Screen candidates for:
- Clinical experience
- State license & certifications
- Work authorization (USC, GC, EAD)
- Pay expectations & location flexibility
- Coordinate interviews with clients/MSPs
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing
- Experience recruiting for travel nursing or allied health roles preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- US tax terms (W2, 1099)
- Basic healthcare compliance & credentialing
- State licensing requirements
- Experience working with MSP/VMS (Aya, AMN, HealthTrust, etc. – preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working US night shifts
- Target‑driven and performance‑focused
Preferred
- Experience with travel nurse pay packages & stipends
- Familiarity with bill rates and margin calculations
- Prior experience handling high‑volume healthcare requirements
