Position Details

  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Employment Type: Part-time (15 hours/week: Mon, Wed, Fri)

Your Responsibilities

  • Support of personnel administration throughout the entire employee life cycle – from application processes to offboarding
  • Processing of job advertisements and applications, scheduling of interviews
  • Creation of employment contracts, certificates, and references, coordination of new hires and departures
  • Support in operational university marketing, e.g., trade fair preparations
  • Point of contact for employees on HR-related topics in daily business
  • Active contribution to our path towards a future-proof HR department

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Completed training as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or comparable commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk)
  • Experience: Professional experience in HR, especially in recruiting and personnel administration
  • Skills: Meticulous and structured way of working, hands-on mentality, willingness to learn, high social competence, empathy and confidentiality in dealing with HR topics, reliability and independence
  • Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement)
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, v.a. Recruiting und Personaladministration
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität, Lernbereitschaft, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit Personalthemen, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung der Personaladministration über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle – von Bewerbungsprozessen bis zum Offboarding
  • Bearbeitung von Stellenausschreibungen und Bewerbungen, Vereinbarung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen sowie Zeugnisse, Koordination von Ein- und Austritten
  • Unterstützung im operativen Hochschulmarketing, z. B. Messevorbereitungen
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei personalrelevanten Themen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung auf unserem Weg zu einer zukunftsfähigen HR-Abteilung
