Responsibilities
- Support of personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from application processes to offboarding
- Processing of job advertisements and applications, scheduling of interviews
- Creation of employment contracts, certificates, and references, coordination of new hires and departures
- Support in operational university marketing, e.g., trade fair preparations
- Point of contact for employees on personnel-related issues in daily business
- Active participation in shaping our path towards a future-proof HR department
Requirements
- Education: Completed training as a personnel specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement)
- Experience: Professional experience in the HR field, especially in recruiting and personnel administration
- Expertise: Careful and structured way of working, hands-on mentality, willingness to learn, high social competence, empathy and confidentiality in dealing with personnel matters, reliability and independence
- Language: Fluent German and very good English skills
