Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Recruiter, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates
  • Strong understanding of recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and candidates
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Experience in developing and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Familiarity with recruiting in the technology and automation sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
