What you'll do

• Analyze complex data sources and develop predictive analytics models to increase efficiency and support decision-making.
• Conceive and implement LLM-based applications (including RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, etc.).
• Support the further development of our data platforms and AI tools; collaborate with business departments to develop data-based or AI-supported solutions for real business problems.

What we're looking for

• Completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Sound knowledge of Python, SQL, databases, ETL processes, APIs, ideally also knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.), visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
• Structured way of thinking, high results orientation, and willingness to learn.
• Passion for IT innovations and process excellence.
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Enthusiasm for the connection between technology, sustainability, and beauty.
