Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning and designing civil engineering projects: The junior engineer will work closely with experienced engineers to plan and design various civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections: The candidate will be required to visit project sites to assess progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare project reports and documentation: Junior engineers will be responsible for documenting project progress, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders: The successful candidate will collaborate with other team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Assist in project management tasks: Junior engineers will assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources under the guidance of senior engineers.

Required Skills and Expectations

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering: Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field to qualify for this position.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience working in the field of civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software: Candidates should have experience using AutoCAD and other relevant design software to assist in project planning and design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills: The successful candidate must have excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities: Junior engineers should possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
