Your Responsibilities
- You actively participate in global, cross-divisional People & Culture initiatives, contributing both strategically and operationally.
- You support the Global People Business Partner in developing and implementing strategic P&C concepts for our Corporate Functions (Sales, Controlling, GBS, Communication & I&T).
- You independently take on smaller projects or project components, e.g., in the areas of organizational development, talent management, and talent development.
- You support the definition of workforce and skill planning as well as the planning of talents and succession.
- You create presentations, analyses, and decision-making bases, helping to prepare content understandably for various stakeholders.
- You will be in regular contact with various internal contacts, including in the international environment.
Your Profile
- You hold a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the HR / People & Culture environment.
- You have basic knowledge of project management and the motivation to drive smaller projects in a structured and independent manner.
- A structured, solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking skills, and initiative characterize you.
- You are communicative and proactively approach people, enjoy collaborating with others, and find pleasure in finding solutions together.
- We require very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as proficient use of MS Office.
