Your Responsibilities

• You actively participate in the planning and implementation of strategic projects within the overall organization and support the development and further development of conceptual approaches for new initiatives.
• You will analyze existing processes and structures, help optimize them, and contribute to the design of efficient workflows.
• You will also have the opportunity to independently manage individual internship positions from the creation of the job description to the final filling end-to-end, thus gaining practical experience in the entire recruiting process (e.g. assessment, fairs, social media marketing).
• You will support the Talent Acquisition team in global projects.
• You will also be responsible for administrative tasks.
• To attract the best talent for Voith, you will gain insights into the multi-stage, structured interview and selection process.

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student in business, humanities, or social sciences / psychology with a focus on human resources.
• We require very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• You enjoy teamwork and have an excellent feel for people.
• Furthermore, you are characterized by a high degree of authenticity and empathy, as well as communication and enthusiasm.
