Your Tasks:

• You actively participate in global, cross-divisional People & Culture initiatives and contribute both strategically and operationally.
• You support the Global People Business Partner in developing and implementing strategic P&C concepts for our Corporate Functions (Sales, Controlling, GBS, Communication & I&T).
• You independently manage smaller projects or project modules, e.g., in the areas of organizational development, talent management, and talent development.
• You support the definition of workforce and skill planning as well as the planning of talents and succession arrangements.
• You create presentations, analyses, and decision-making bases and help to prepare content understandably for different stakeholders.
• You will be in regular contact with various internal contacts, including in the international environment.

Your Profile:

• You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the HR/People & Culture environment.
• You have basic knowledge of project management and the motivation to drive smaller projects in a structured and independent manner.
• A structured, solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking skills, and initiative characterize you.
• You are communicative and proactively approach people, enjoy working in exchange with others, and find joy in finding solutions together.
• We require very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as confident use of MS Office.
