Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize advanced NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, machine translation, and question answering.
• Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of AI/ML products, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define project requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure the successful integration of AI capabilities into our offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Conduct research into new AI/ML techniques.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy of our AI initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of NLP advancements and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a significant focus on NLP.
• At least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying NLP models using Python and relevant libraries.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment (highly desirable).
• Excellent problem‑solving, algorithmic thinking, and communication skills.
• As this role is fully remote, exceptional self‑management, proactive communication, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team are critical.
