About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to head a high‑performing team that secures projects for our H‑1B consultants. You will leverage Tier‑1 contacts and major talent‑acquisition platforms (Dice, TechFetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) to source, market, and place top‑tier candidates with our corporate clients and prime vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a bench‑sales recruiting team.
- Partner with management to align people‑strategy with business priorities.
- Drive performance‑management initiatives and employee‑experience programs (a plus).
Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and nurture relationships with prime vendors and Tier‑1 partners.
- Market H‑1B transfer candidates to vendors and corporate accounts.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms (W‑2, Corp‑to‑Corp, 1099, US tax considerations).
Full‑Cycle Recruiting
- Source candidates using Boolean search strings across multiple portals.
