- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience leading discussions tailored to diverse audiences (business vs technology)
- Proficiency with key systems including Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or Mural
- Familiarity with Postman, workflow automation, Swagger, and API mapping
- Previous experience on similar banking projects is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Guide developers through design and analysis phases to identify solutions for issues such as production defects and functionality problems
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project goals are met, including shifts from planned tasks to urgent needs
- Facilitate discussions that align technical solutions with business requirements
- Utilize workflow tools to optimize processes and documentation
