Lead DevOps / Platform Engineer IA & ML - Permanent

About

As part of the development of our AI/ML platforms, we are looking for a hybrid profile with both technical and team leadership skills.

The role is split between:

• A strong technical contribution on platform / DevOps / infrastructure topics,
• And a team leadership role in tandem with the current team leader.

The objective is to support the structuring of the team, the continuous improvement of its functioning, and the maturation of its practices.

Missions

Technical Aspect

• Participate in the design and evolution of the Kubernetes platform
• Contribute to GitOps and automation topics with Argo CD
• Support infrastructure, deployment, and operations topics
• Participate in security, observability, and reliability issues
• Intervene on complex and cross-functional technical issues
• Support the teams using the AI/ML platform

Leadership / Organization Aspect

• Work in tandem with the current team leader
• Participate in the organization and coordination of the team
• Help structure work practices and team processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's functioning and collaboration
• Foster a healthy, collaborative, and effective work environment
• Support team dynamics and knowledge sharing
• Participate in discussions on the roadmap and technical priorities
