We are seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer for an innovative AI avatar technology company focused on building dynamic visual and embodiment layers for artificial intelligence. Our platform is at the forefront, enabling AI companions, NPCs, creators, and applications in gaming, entertainment, and business, combining state-of-the-art machine learning with sophisticated avatar technology that is already making waves in the industry.

Your Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you will tackle exciting and complex generative AI challenges. You will have the opportunity to manage systems from conception through deployment, balancing research-driven solutions and production-ready performance. We are looking for high-performing engineers who are passionate about creating lifelike and expressive avatar motion for real-world applications.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems into production
• Strong background in generative AI, multimodal systems, motion synthesis, or animation technologies
• Hands-on expertise with diffusion models, transformers, VAEs, GANs, or other relevant generative architectures
• Solid software engineering skills in Python, PyTorch, and scalable ML infrastructure
• Experience handling multimodal data, including text, audio, video, or motion systems
• A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership to take ideas from research and implement them in production
• A background in animation systems, motion data, computer graphics, or avatar technologies is highly preferred
