Role Overview

As our Product Designer (Growth), you’ll be the creative growth hacker behind our user journeys — crafting delightful experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue

You’ll mix design thinking with data wizardry to craft experiments that boost conversions, optimize funnels, and supercharge engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention & monetization
  • Design and optimize conversion funnels — from first click to lifelong connection
  • Lead A/B tests and experiments that move key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention)
  • Own critical growth touchpoints — sign-up flows, profile completion, subscriptions, referrals
  • Translate user insights & data into impactful design solutions
  • Build scalable design systems that support rapid growth experiments
  • Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts & Engineers to uncover opportunities
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences post-launch
  • Champion a growth design culture — spread the love for experimentation & impact-driven design

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of full-stack product design experience, preferably in B2C environments, with proven impact on user growth and engagement
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-driven and growth-focused design outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
  • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and analytics platforms
  • Solid understanding of subscription models, pricing psychology, and user monetization strategies
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms at scale
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data and metrics into effective design solutions

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with subscription or marketplace products
  • Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with international markets & localization
  • Knowledge of AI-powered personalization & recommendations
