Leidos Intel Sector is looking for a Lead Program Finance Analyst to join our National Solutions (NS) Business Area. In this crucial role, you will report to a SAR‑W Portfolio Program Finance Manager and help guide critical financial aspects of our program portfolio. We seek a detail‑oriented, organized problem solver with expertise in various contract types, tools, and processes. Your ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions will significantly impact the program's operational success. This position is hybrid, requiring onsite support from Chantilly, VA several days a week.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to proposals through cost modeling and detailed input into cost volumes, managing a high volume of pricing activity while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Handle program life‑cycle activities, including project setup and maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections, subcontractor tracking, and month‑end close processes.
• Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs) for projects.
• Engage with Program Managers and collaborate with Operations, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, and other functional teams as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for customer deliverables, including the Contract Status Funds Report (CFSR).
• Conduct reporting and variance analysis related to Revenue, Profit, Cash, Backlog, Risks, and Opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in program financial control.
• Proven familiarity with multiple contract types, including FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (active TS/SCI clearance is highly preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems and Processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence.
