About the Role
Sodexo India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter for its Leadership Hiring Team, responsible for driving end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑senior to leadership-level positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong market understanding, exceptional stakeholder management, and proven expertise in leadership recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Leadership Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior management roles across functions.
- Understand role requirements, define job specifications, and design effective search strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership-level mandates.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Mapping
- Leverage local job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms for high-quality sourcing.
- Utilize alternate sourcing channels, including employee referrals, networking, industry mapping, and head‑hunting.
- Conduct market intelligence and scanning for leadership talent within the FMCG and facility management sectors.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on search progress, talent insights, and market availability.
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition and leadership hiring best practices.
Candidate Assessment & Experience
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and leadership potential.
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations and closure.
Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and audit requirements.
- Continuously improve sourcing methods and hiring processes through innovation and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to leadership hiring.
- Proven expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternate hiring channels.
- Strong understanding of the Food Services and facility management talent landscape (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and business maturity.
