Lead/Staff Product Designer

About the Company

This role sits at the heart of two new ventures being built by a repeat founder who has already scaled two of India’s most successful consumer companies. You’ll work directly on 0→1 journeys — shaping products from the ground up, solving real consumer problems, and influencing how these businesses are built from day one.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead/Staff Product Designer who can take end-to-end ownership of design.
You will play a key role in defining the user experience and visual language for products being built from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process — research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI
• Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive consumer experiences
• Build and maintain design systems and scalable UI components
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs
• Ensure high-quality execution across mobile and web platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 4– 12 years of experience in product/UX/UI design
• Strong experience in consumer-facing products is mandatory
• Proven track record of designing high-engagement, intuitive user experiences
• Strong skills in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
