In Shakers, we are collaborating with a leading multinational in the retail/fashion sector to incorporate an MLOps Engineer who will lead the evolution and scaling of their Machine Learning platform globally. This is a role with real impact, an enterprise environment, and a top-tier technical team.

The Challenge

You will be a key player in building and maintaining a robust and scalable ML infrastructure. Your day-to-day will combine designing pipelines in Databricks, managing deployments in Kubernetes in production environments, and implementing MLOps best practices that set the technical pace for the project. You will work closely with Data Science and Product teams, with direct visibility into the technological roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–7+ years in MLOps or ML Platform Engineering
• Cloud: Solid experience in AWS
• ML Platform: Hands-on experience with Databricks + MLflow (Model Serving included)
• Orchestration: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes in production
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins and model deployment automation

Valued Experience

• Experience in distributed architectures
• Exposure to GenAI projects
• Additional experience in Azure or GCP
