Emerging Technologies Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking an emerging technologies specialist to bring innovation to our digital marketing team. In this role, you'll take the lead on exploring and championing new technologies that enhance our marketing capabilities and drive measurable performance improvements. This is a hands-on position where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical work to unlock new possibilities in marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evangelizing artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies for marketing purposes across the organization.
• Identifying promising technology opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and running pilot projects to validate their potential impact and business value.
• Staying constantly connected to the field—curating real-world examples and case studies that show how AI and emerging technologies are transforming modern marketing practices and outcomes.
• Working closely with both internal teams and external partners to define what's needed, design the right solutions, and bring projects to life.
• Providing technical guidance to support the digital marketing team and other colleagues as they adopt and use these new tools.
• Building agentic workflows and creating hands-on demonstrations of AI applications in marketing.
• Monitoring and reporting on how these emerging technologies actually perform against our marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Staying current with the latest research, innovations, and industry best practices, maintaining expertise in a rapidly evolving field.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Four years of marketing experience, ideally with a B2B focus and work centered on AI-driven strategies.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies: machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories about technology to different audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• This is a remote position based in the USA, and the role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology, which means you should be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations.
