Role Overview

Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand positioning, enhance stakeholder engagement and support business growth across civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects. This role requires a dynamic professional who can combine creativity with commercial acumen ensuring that all marketing and communication initiatives align with organizational objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Position the company as a trusted leader in civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects.
  • Oversee brand development, corporate communications and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders and partners.
  • Lead PR campaigns, press releases and corporate announcements to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee digital platforms, social media and content marketing to maximize reach and impact.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in marketing and communications leadership roles within contracting, construction or infrastructure organizations.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, corporate communications and digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in civil infrastructure and luxury residential projects.
  • Exceptional communication, creativity and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment with a focus on financial discipline and transparency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
