Responsibilities
Owning end-to-end marketing performance measurement across various channels such as paid, organic, referral, and brand channels.
Building full‑funnel analytics models to track the customer journey from impression to revenue generation.
Conducting campaign performance analysis, incrementality studies, and ROI tracking.
Supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through data insights.
Identifying growth opportunities across customer lifecycle stages, especially focusing on Margin Trading Facility (MTF).
Conducting forecasting, scenario modeling, and business performance analysis.
Enabling self‑service analytics for business stakeholders and automating recurring reporting.
Translating complex datasets into clear business narratives and developing marketing attribution models.
Applying advanced SQL and Python for data analysis, along with utilizing BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Performing hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing to drive data‑driven decision‑making.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA in Analytics, Marketing, or Strategy (preferred).
- Approximately 14 years of experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or digital consumer businesses.
