  • Confidential – Marketing Manager (UAE) | AED 12,000–15,000 per month

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager for a confidential, high‑level client in the UAE. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can build a clear marketing plan, run campaigns end‑to‑end, and work closely with leadership to drive measurable growth (leads, footfall, brand visibility, and commercial results).

What you’ll own (core outcomes)

  • Build and deliver the annual marketing strategy and plan aligned to business goals
  • Run multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, content, PR, events, paid media) from planning → execution → optimisation
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend is cost‑effective and tied to outcomes
  • Strengthen brand presence and consistency across channels (website, email, social, offline)
  • Put a proper lead process in place with tracking, monitoring criteria, and reporting
  • Drive customer visits/footfall through targeted campaigns and promotions, with clear success metrics
  • Lead agency/vendor relationships and manage stakeholders (including media and external partners)

Key responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop the annual marketing plan based on market needs and business priorities
  • Allocate resources across marketing activities (digital + offline)
  • Plan and manage events, launches, seminars, receptions, and promotional activity
  • Support PR, CSR initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to elevate brand image
  • Build segmented marketing plans with clear objectives per audience

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns end‑to‑end
  • Set KPIs, analyse performance, and report weekly on results
  • Oversee website, email marketing, and social media activity
  • Work closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing to revenue goals
  • Ensure marketing activity is measurable (lead flow, conversion, footfall impact)

Team / Partner Leadership

  • Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations and priorities
  • Lead, coach, and guide internal team members and/or external agencies
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and media
  • Act as a key point of contact for media coordination when required

Market Research

  • Track market dynamics, trends, and competitor activity
  • Conduct research and identify new opportunities based on customer/consumer insights
  • Provide feedback‑driven recommendations to management

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience across digital marketing, content, and analytics
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into clear marketing strategy + execution plans
  • Confident stakeholder manager (multi‑cultural environment)
  • Analytical, organised, and commercially minded
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

Nice to have

  • Bilingual (Arabic/English is a plus)
  • UAE driving licence

Package

  • AED 12,000–15,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • UAE‑based role (details shared with shortlisted candidates)
