Role Overview: At Spotify, as part of the Marketing team, you will work on developing experiential marketing programs that connect millions of fans to the music they love across physical, digital, and hybrid environments. Your role will involve translating brand strategy into culturally relevant experiences, partnering with various teams, designing live music moments, identifying new immersive formats, and overseeing execution while ensuring creative integrity.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end development of experiential marketing programs - Translate brand strategy into culturally relevant experiences - Partner with various internal teams to align experiences with business priorities - Design and execute live music moments and other fan events - Identify new formats for immersive experiences blending IRL and digital touchpoints - Co-create experiences with brand partners while maintaining Spotify's creative integrity - Define and track KPIs for brand lift, engagement, earned media, and fandom growth - Manage agency partners and vendors for high-quality execution - Own planning, budgets, timelines, and risk management for programs - Oversee on-ground execution including production, logistics, talent, and staffing - Continuously analyze performance and evolve strategy based on insights
