Your Role

In the "Digital Customer Experience" (DCX) team, you will support our clients in their digital transformation. We understand complex requirements, develop individual solutions, and implement them independently – innovative, agile, and future-oriented. In your role as MarTech Product Owner / Business Analyst (w/m/d), you will work in international project teams, be responsible for the implementation of modern platform solutions, and integrate leading MarTech and DXP technologies with real added value. This position can be filled full-time or part-time.

• You will be responsible for the functional and technical implementation of customer projects on Digital Experience platforms, including CMS, DAM, PIM, Marketing, and Commerce solutions.
• You will capture customer requirements, create functional specifications and project roadmaps to develop tailor-made software solutions – you will also provide comprehensive advice on technical implementation possibilities in close coordination with the development teams.
• You will translate complex roadmaps into concrete milestones and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• You will ensure successful collaboration between clients, development teams, and other stakeholders, thereby increasing the efficiency of interdisciplinary teams.
• In a mentoring role, you will support the further development of your team members.

Your Profile

• A completed university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field forms the basis of your expertise.
• You have at least three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in an innovative company or with an implementation service provider.
• Experience in writing technical requirements, along with a fundamental understanding of Experience Design (UI/UX) and SEO/SEA, characterize you.
• You have successfully accompanied technical projects from conception to implementation and possess certifications for MarTech or DXP platforms.
• Consulting experience, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking, as well as fluent German and English language skills, complete your profile.
