Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams to ensure quick resolution of technical or product-related issues.
- Document and track customer interactions, complaints, and feedback using our CRM systems.
- Provide proactive support by identifying potential issues and offering solutions before they escalate.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, explaining features, and walking them through processes or technical aspects of our services.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer communications.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer service KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and patient while working with frustrated customers.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and chat systems.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer support or customer success role.

Working Hours
- This is a full-time, remote position with night shift hours.
- Shifts are scheduled from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (local time) or based on your time zone, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage.
