RESPONSIBILITIES

As a territory-based Account Executive, you’ll be given true responsibility, real upside, and the autonomy to run your market like a business.

Market Development & Borrower Acquisition

  • Build and own a borrower pipeline within an assigned market
  • Take full ownership of outcomes - from first conversation through funding
  • Prospect and engage real estate investors, fix-and-flip operators, and builders
  • Generate repeat deal flow through relationship-driven outreach

Sales Execution & Deal Ownership

  • Run borrower conversations end-to-end: discovery, structuring, terms, and follow‑up
  • Educate borrowers on loan programs, leverage, pricing, and execution strategy
  • Position speed, certainty, and structure—not rate alone

Pipeline & CRM Discipline

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with precision using CRM tools
  • Track borrower activity, deal stages, and follow-ups
  • Maintain clean forecasting and reporting hygiene

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with underwriting and operations to move deals efficiently
  • Coordinate internally to ensure fast turnaround and borrower confidence
