About the role

Role Overview

You will have the opportunity to work on high‑impact areas such as Search, Property Experience, Offers, and Fraud & Risk within the Product Analytics team. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing complex experiments using statistical methods like A/B testing, casual inference, regression, and multivariate analysis.
  • Applying supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to uncover insights and detect patterns.
  • Framing business problems as analytical tasks and delivering actionable insights.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams.
  • Building scalable analytics pipelines and automating repeatable tasks.
  • Creating clear, engaging presentations and dashboards for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate insight generation.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of work experience in data science or analytics roles, preferably in travel, e‑commerce, or fraud/risk domains.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R; familiarity with machine learning libraries and visualization tools such as Plotly, Seaborn, and ggplot.
  • Strong business acumen and domain knowledge.
  • Skills in storytelling, stakeholder management, and driving data‑informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence outcomes across teams.
