- Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 10–18 years (Transformer Manufacturing only)
- Preferred: Candidates from Eastern UP
Responsibilities
- Manage production of power & distribution transformers up to 33 kV, 25 MVA
- Plan, monitor, and control production as per monthly/annual targets
- Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workflow organization
- Estimate costs and manage production budgets
- Ensure type testing readiness and execution
- Supervise production staff and resolve operational issues
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate resources (manpower, raw materials, etc.)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing
- Experience in CRGO Core & Amorphous transformers
- Good leadership and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
