Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering commercial kitchen projects (such as hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hospitals, and industrial kitchens) on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial kitchen projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Provide regular project updates and manage expectations.
Design & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
- Review kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and industry standards.
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers and contractors.
- Manage procurement schedules and logistics of kitchen equipment.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
Site Management
- Oversee on-site installation and execution.
- Monitor progress and resolve any site-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Track expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cost reporting.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure installations meet design specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct inspections and snag list clearance.
- Ensure compliance with local health, fire, and safety regulations.
Project Handover
- Manage testing and commissioning of kitchen equipment.
- Ensure smooth project handover to the client.
- Provide documentation, manuals, and training if required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in project management (preferably in commercial kitchens, hospitality, or construction).
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and layouts.

Attractive Salary + Incentives + Allowances
