Project Manager-PMP and Japanese

As a Project Manager at our company, your role involves effectively managing internal projects to achieve project objectives within the allocated budget and timeframe. Here is a summary of what will be expected from you:

- Ensure on-time completion of projects - Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress - Evaluate and manage risks associated with projects - Estimate financial requirements, create a budget, and oversee expenditures - Handle changes in project expenses, scope, and schedule - Maintain positive relationships with project owners, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors - Keep management informed of project progress - Maintain detailed project documentation, including translation into Japanese/English if needed - Measure project success using appropriate tools - Manage service governance by closely coordinating with technical teams on policies and processes

Your qualifications should include: - Project Management Certification - Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project - Preferably, a Cloud Certification - JLPT N2 or N3 Certification

In addition, you should have: - 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in Technology Infrastructure domains - Proven track record in Technology Infrastructure delivery, preferably in an investment banking environment - Experience in Project/Program Management and client management - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Experience working with global teams - Ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels - Strong teamwork skills, flexibility in work timings, willingness to take responsibility, a sense of ownership, and commitment to closure - Serve as a Relationship Manager for IT Infrastructure for assigned business groups - Coordinate closely with internal infrastructure functions for seamless delivery - Coordinate vendor management for strategic projects and service engagements
