Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, stakeholder coordination, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) facilitation, reporting, and embedded change management and training oversight
• Provide overall program management leadership and oversight
• Coordinate technical teams, manage program performance, ensure contract deliverables are met, and maintain effective communication with government stakeholders
• Oversee project execution across multiple technical task areas
• Manage project schedules, technical dependencies, staffing, and sources to meet the contact requirements and performance objectives
• Ensure quality control processes are implemented across all technical and operational task areas
• Develop, maintain, and update required program documentation
• Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 or more years of experience leading federal or enterprise programs
• 10 or more years of experience facilitating executive stakeholder workshops
• 10 or more years of experience with data/business intelligence (BI) initiatives
• 10 or more years of experience with change management

• Professional Certifications: None required
• Years of Professional Experience: 10 or more years of professional experience
• Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
• Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
• Security Clearance Requirements: Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)

• Travel will be required to Arlington, VA and Paris, France. You must possess a current U.S. passport.
