Project Planning executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Projects Planning Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have exposure to hotel projects, villas, hospitals, and commercial buildings, with a strong foundation in civil, interior, or architectural background.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of interior fit-out projects for hotels, villas, and commercial spaces
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and work plans
• Coordinate with design, architecture, civil, and MEP teams for smooth project execution
• Review drawings, layouts, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities
• Identify project delays/risks and propose corrective actions
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and MIS
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
• 2–3 years of experience in interior projects planning (preferably hotel industry)
• Experience in handling hotel projects, villas, hospitals, or commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, and architectural drawings

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• 2D drafting, Revit, Sketchup, Rendering software for 3D views, Enscape, Lumion, D5, 3Ds max, Vray

Job Types

Pay

• ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
