Position Overview

  • The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for Entab’s technology, sales, support, and corporate functions.
  • The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to support the company’s growth in ERP solutions, education technology platforms, and enterprise services.
  • The recruiter will work closely with department heads to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source candidates through multiple channels:
    • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
    • Employee referrals
    • Recruitment agencies
    • Campus hiring
    • Social media platforms
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Screening & Interview Coordination

  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical and functional interviews with department managers.
  • Maintain interview evaluation records.

Offer Management

  • Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
  • Coordinate with HR and management for approval of compensation packages.
  • Ensure offer acceptance and joining confirmations.

Recruitment MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring dashboards.
  • Provide weekly reports on:
    • Open positions
    • Interview status
    • Offer acceptance ratio
    • Time to hire

Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives to promote Entab as an employer brand.
  • Manage job postings across job boards and professional networks.
  • Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.

Onboarding Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure completion of joining documentation and induction scheduling.
