Roessel Joy is seeking motivated, energetic interns to join our Recruiting team for Summer 2026. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in candidate engagement, hiring processes, and talent sourcing. You’ll gain real-world exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, advertise, and maintain job postings
• Review applications and assist with candidate screening
• Assist recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination
• Conduct candidate outreach and cold calling

Qualifications

• BA/BS candidate in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must be available to work full-time on-site in Boston, MA June-August 2026
