About the Opportunity
TalentPro India is expanding its recruitment team for large‑scale Apprenticeship Hiring Projects (1000+ Trainees) across Tamil Nadu. This is a unique opportunity for MBA / MSW graduates to gain hands‑on experience in:
- High‑volume hiring
- Apprenticeship & trainee workforce deployment
- Multi‑industry recruitment exposure
You will work closely with leading manufacturing / retails / FMCG / Engineering industry clients and learn real‑time hiring market demand, making you industry‑ready within a short span.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute large‑scale apprenticeship hiring (1000+ trainees)
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Drive ITI / Diploma / Engineering campus hiring programs
- Understand and align with market demand for skilled workforce
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, job portals, and social platforms
- Create and manage daily hiring campaigns and job postings
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate bulk interview drives and onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases
- Build strong coordination with multiple industry clients
- Participate in field hiring drives and apprenticeship mobilization
What You Will Learn
- End‑to‑end apprenticeship hiring strategy & execution
- Exposure to multi‑industry client requirements (Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing)
- Real‑time understanding of job market demand & workforce trends

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / MSW (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
