About

The Healthcare Assurance Sales Manager at Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd is responsible for starting and developing the Healthcare Assurance business in India. This includes building relationships with Indian API manufacturers, organizing shared audits of their manufacturing sites, and creating business plans and strategies to attract clients for Healthcare Assurance Services. The role works with Global Healthcare Assurance teams and local teams to execute these plans and supports the acquisition, management, and growth of global Indian accounts with work delivered in India and worldwide. Staying updated on industry developments and having knowledge of supply chain management are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with Indian API manufacturers to promote Eurofins and organize shared audits of their manufacturing sites.
  • Drive Indian business development by attracting new clients for Healthcare Assurance services such as auditing, sales of reports, training, and advisory/consulting services.
  • Manage key API manufacturers to understand how Eurofins can best position itself in relation to audit services and propose additional Healthcare services.
  • Manage key accounts to fulfill auditing, training, advisory/consulting needs, and other Eurofins services.
  • Attract and grow Indian accounts while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Develop sales and marketing presentations to promote Healthcare Assurance services.
  • Liaise with other Eurofins business lines for cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments through events, networking, and industry associations.
  • Support the development of new services based on upcoming regulations and client input.
  • Represent Eurofins Healthcare Assurance in the industry when required.
  • Enhance client relationships and drive profitable growth.
  • Participate in new product development projects and service launches.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Travel extensively (over 50% of the time annually), primarily within India and occasionally across Asia, including cross‑region and overnight stays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing similar businesses globally in the pharma or chemicals sector for a pharma environment.
