SAP Business Analyst – Case

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions. Candidates with City of Cape Town Case & Records Management experience will have a strong advantage. Candidates based in Cape Town are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Review existing business processes and map them to SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions. Conduct workshops with business and functional teams to gather and refine requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements. Document business processes in Visio and BPMN. Ensure all business scenarios and documentation are complete. Present TO-BE processes to stakeholders and obtain sign-off. Document the project blueprint. Work with developers and architects to support system design and integrations. Participate in project meetings and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements Technical Requirements Understanding of SAP Case & Records Management. Knowledge of SAP UI5 Portal and UI5 Mobile applications. Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
