📍Centurion, South Africa (National Role)

We’re looking for a senior Security Solutions Architect who can not only design world-class control room solutions — but also own how those environments operate, scale, and perform over time.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth, pre-sales capability, and operational leadership potential — with a clear pathway into a regional leadership role.

🔧 What You’ll Do • Design and architect outsourced control room solutions (CCTV, VMS, analytics, access control, perimeter detection) • Lead technical engagements, proposals, and client presentations • Ensure control room environments are operationally efficient, scalable, and resilient • Define and implement standards for uptime, monitoring, incident response, and performance • Oversee and optimise the control room technology stack across clients • Drive continuous improvement in system performance and operational delivery • Provide technical governance during implementation and support go-live readiness • Support pricing, BOQs, and commercial viability of solutions

🧠 What You Bring • 5–10+ years in electronic security and control room / remote monitoring environments • Proven experience in pre-sales or solution consulting • Strong understanding of how control rooms operate in practice (not just design) • Deep knowledge of Server Architecture, CCTV, VMS, and integrated security systems • Solid networking expertise (VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewalls) • Ability to engage clients and communicate complex solutions clearly

Bonus:

✔ Exposure to operational performance metrics (SLA, uptime, incident management)
