Senior AI/ML Engineer Generative AI & NLP

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role requires a strong combination of hands-on engineering, data science, and real-world problem-solving capabilities to design and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy advanced NLP and Generative AI solutions
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Build scalable ML/LLM systems using Python-based frameworks
• Analyze large-scale transactional and trend data using SQL
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLM/NLP models
• Develop cloud-native AI solutions on AWS
• Build and maintain data pipelines and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges
• Provide insights, recommendations, and analytical solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience
• Hands-on experience in Python, ML/AI, NLP, and RAG
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

Security Requirement
