As a Senior Clinical Trials Feasibility Data Scientist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing clinical trial feasibility and site selection through intelligent analytics solutions. By leveraging your expertise in clinical analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven workflows, you will contribute to smarter, faster, and more accurate planning for global teams. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Develop data-driven feasibility and site-selection analytics to support clinical trial planning - Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflows - Build and deploy predictive models and decision-support tools for feasibility assessments - Partner closely with clinical operations, feasibility teams, and global stakeholders - Build data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytical models using modern frameworks - Develop and implement AI/ML models to improve feasibility accuracy and site selection efficiency - Contribute to the optimization of scalable clinical trial analytics platforms - Ensure alignment with timelines and cross-functional project deliverables • *Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years in clinical trial operations analytics, including feasibility & site selection - Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL - Proven experience building AI/ML models and analytics frameworks - Experience developing AI agents or automated data science workflows - Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment supporting feasibility analytics - Strong ability to build predictive models for clinical decision-making - Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder collaboration

In addition to the above, we offer a contract duration of 6 months with the potential for extension. The role provides an attractive hourly rate and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in India.
