• Have a strong interest in photography, adventure and action sports
• Bring a visionary mindset for creating unique events and experiences
• Thrive in collaborative teams and have management experience
• Have agency experience in event or project management
• Are structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Can prioritize tasks and work independently
• Take ownership and maintain a hands‑on attitude
• Understand web, print, and social media communication channels
• Are fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

And Will…

• Lead and inspire project teams for international photography & adventure sports projects
• Manage events from planning through post‑event wrap‑up
• Coordinate projects, timelines, teams, and management stakeholders
• Manage budgets, monitor financials, and ensure accurate invoicing
• Drive innovation and develop new event concepts
• Plan event communications with the communications & social media team
• Coordinate resources and workflows with creative teams (graphics, print, photo and video)
• Build and maintain strong partnerships
• Supervise on‑site event execution
• Be ready for a full‑time role in Fuschl am See, Austria
