About the Role

Wilqo is building a next-generation Production Optimization Platform (PoP) to transform how mortgages are manufactured in the U.S. We are hiring an AI-augmented engineer who uses AI coding tools daily — and knows how to turn AI-generated code into production-grade systems. If you still write everything manually and avoid AI, this role is not for you. We are not looking for a traditional full stack developer.

This role is well-suited for a professional who has technical depth in the Microsoft stack, values quality, takes ownership of outcomes, and communicates clearly in a collaborative environment.

Work Timing

• 1:30 p.m. IST – 10:30 p.m. IST
• (U.S. business hours overlap)

What You'll Work With

• .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
• React

Role Expectations

• 8+ years of strong full stack experience on Microsoft stack
• Deep Azure experience (real-world, not theoretical)
• Proven use of AI coding tool (Claude Code) in live projects
• Ability to review, refactor, harden, and integrate AI-generated code
• Strong architectural judgment and production mindset
