About the role
Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy firm specializing in placing top-tier talent across various industries, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Remote Technical Recruiter. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in India. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional sourcing skills, a strong understanding of the technology landscape, and a proven ability to build robust talent pipelines in a remote environment.
Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a wide range of technical positions, including software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and company culture. Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer and onboarding process. Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community building. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a significant portion in a remote setting. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles. In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks and software development methodologies. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment marketing tools. Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet demanding recruitment targets in a remote environment. Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism. Experience working within a recruitment consultancy is a strong advantage.
