Sr AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for AI/ML-driven optimizations.
• Communicate complex AI/ML findings to business leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Continuously improve AI/ML models by testing, evaluating, and fine-tuning algorithms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
• Understanding of Agentic AI / GenAI / AI Agents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Must have Decision Tree, XG Boost.
• Tree Models, RAG and LLM.
• Strong experience in AI/ML algorithms, such as classification, forecasting, and uplift modeling, with expertise in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to real-world problems.
• Proficient in Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Analyze, clean, and integrate large, diverse data sets, and transforming them into actionable insights.
• Translate complex AI/ML findings into clear, impactful business recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Cloud (Azure preferred and open to AWS or other Cloud providers).
